Turkey unveiled its first fully domestically-produced car on Friday, saying it aimed to eventually produce up to 175,000 a year of the electric vehicle in a project expected to cost 22 billion lira ($3.7 billion) over 13 years.

my initial thoughts:
- no way they have to knowhow to get this a popular brand around the world!
- with the switch to EV, now is the best time to enter the market for a new manufacturer!

so i think this has as much chance for success as it does for failure (granted the quality is up there)

I see a lot of EQC in there.. And hints of other things. But primarily EQC. Anyway, if it has self driving features, it'll probably promptly drop you off at the nearest police station when you're saying naughty things about Erdodumb.
